Goals

To assist agencies to recruit, develop better retention rates, and provide training to help promote women in federal law
enforcement.

To identify barriers to hiring, promoting, and retaining women in the law enforcement
professions.

To monitor the progress of agencies in the hiring, promotion and retention of women in law enforcement and recommend methods for
improvement.

To enhance the image of law enforcement in the communities we serve.

To promote the value of collaborative and cooperative leadership
styles.

To conduct research on issues affecting women in law enforcement positions and to establish and maintain an information-sharing network.
