WIFLE Vision Statement

     Achieve gender equity in federal law enforcement.


WIFLE Mission Statement

     WIFLE promotes gender equity through its leadership education center providing training, research, scholarships, awards and networking in partnership with law enforcement, our members and supportive sponsors.


WIFLE Value Statement

     WIFLE values communication, collaboration and credibility as an effective leadership style while maintaining our commitment to the highest ethical standards. 

• Leadership
(WIFLE) We will strengthen our position as a leading law enforcement organization by supporting and enhancing the roles of our staff, members, and others through training seminars, conferences, mentoring, and by maintaining a comprehensive resource of information on law enforcement.

• Protecting and Serving
(WIFLE) Our staff and members are committed to protecting and serving the American people.

• Integrity
(WIFLE) We will promote the highest standards of ethics and conduct through our staff, members and others. We will respect and support each other and be professional role models in law enforcement.

• Equality
(WIFLE) We stand for equal treatment and opportunity in law enforcement. We aim to improve gender equity in law enforcement by encouraging women to enter and excel in their chosen profession.
