Exhibit booth size is 8 x 10. Booth includes one draped table, 2 chairs, an organization identification sign, and drapery for 3 sides. Booths will be located in the Grand Ballroom where all general assembly sessions will be held for maximum exposure to participants.

An Exhibitor Service Packet containing information on drayage, electrical services, additional furniture rental, labor, etc. with a complete list of charges will be mailed to each exhibitor approximately 45-60 days prior to the conference by the exhibitor decorator.
