WIFLE is Seeking Names

WIFLE is seeking the names of women attendees who have "broken the glass ceiling"  by achieving positions in the upper ranks of law enforcement, GS-15 or above, in managerial positions.

These women will be honored on opening night of the conference, April 4th, at the Awards Reception.

For clarification, the position held does not have to be in the 1811 series.  Any WIFLE attendee holding a position that supports the law enforcement mission, such as chief of forensics, inspector in charge, division chief of intelligence, or a similar position, is asked to send in their name, position, and agency by email to WIFLE@comcast.net by close of business March 16, 2001.

It is critical that WIFLE attendees meeting the criteria be identified and honored for their achievement.  These women deserve our recognition, our praise, and our applause for their perseverance, their attainment of an upper rank in the law enforcement field, and for lighting the path for those who come behind them.
