  • Scholarship application are due COB May 3, 2004 for awards by June, 2004 for Fall semester.

  • Annual Awards Program applications are due COB May 3, 2004 for notification by Friday, May 21, 2004, 30 days in advance of conference.

  • Early registration fee:  $375.00 (member) and $425.00 (non-member) up to May 1

                 $400.00 (member) and $450.00 (non-member) after May 1

                Cancellation fee:  $35.00

                One-day walk-in $150.00, includes ticket for Banquet Dinner if purchased for June 23

                Banquet Dinner Tickets - $50.00

                 

  • Vendor registration.

     Exhibitor fees:  $995.00 for government agencies and businesses;  

                 $750.00 for non-profit organizations, includes two paid registrations

                 $1,500.00 for an Exhibit Booth and a full page advertisement in the Conference Brochure
