General
Comments — With the addition of
our new 34,000-square-foot Conference
Center, there is a total of 65,000
square feet of indoor function space
making the meeting space to guest room
ratio the highest in the Coachella
Valley. The Celebrity Ballroom can be
divided into eight sections; the Oasis
and the new Ambassador ballrooms into
seven; and the Rancho Mirage Room into
two. The Mission Hills Boardroom seats
18 with a private caucus room, separate
pantry and private bath. The new
Conference Center also has the
exquisitely appointed Moroccan
Boardroom. Direct load-in access to the
Conference Center is via loading docks
with 12' x 12' foot doorways and 30'
wide service corridors. Celebrity and
Ambassador ballrooms feature under floor
and in-ceiling A/V, electrical and
suspension systems and sound-deadening air walls,
35,000 square feet of beautiful
landscaped terraces and lawns with
magnificent mountain views are available
for outdoor functions.
