Welcome
Each individual in law enforcement brings a unique set of skills and
individualized sense of purpose to their job. Professional experience as well as
internal drive can be the influence that brings about changes, both good and bad.
Building character in subordinates and
peers...Creating commitment to your vision and for your organization...Organizational processes and
human systems evaluation...Computer crimes and
identity theft... These are some of the discussions and topics WIFLE will highlight at its Eighth Annual Leadership Training through memorable speakers and agency leaders of today's federal workforce.
The Mission Hills Hotel and Conference Center in Rancho Mirage, California, will serve as the setting for the leadership development and training in 2007. WIFLE has negotiated a conference room rate of $88 for participants but please be aware that the rooms sell out quickly and you will need to book early. The Conference Center will honor this room rate from June
21, 2007,
to July 3, 2007, based on availability of course, for those who might want to extend their
stay.
The conference program begins Tuesday, June 26
at 9:00 a.m. and runs through 5:00 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2007.
Travel dates are Monday, June 25 and Friday June 29, 2007. We are planning the annual Julie Y. Cross Golf Tournament for Monday morning and will post information on registration
and the schedule when it is finalized.
Please share information on the
training, the Scholarship and the Awards Programs with your colleagues.
We look forward to meeting you and having you join us at our Eighth Annual Leadership Training Conference.
