Vendors/Exhibitors will receive a WIFLE Conference Package with conference information and forms to be completed and processed upon registration as a vendor/exhibitor. To register, use the following forms, or contact Carolyn Heafner via phone, fax or email.

You may register by mail, phone, or fax using the mail/fax registration and payment form; or, online using the online electronic registration section below.

Vendors/Exhibitors are authorized TWO (2) names of individuals to staff the their display booth. Any other individuals must register for the conference through a daily registration or for the entire conference.

*A note about vendor/exhibitor ads: You must forward your ad (in pdf format) to Carolyn Heafner,  cheafner@timeandconvenience.com, who will be collecting the ads for printing in the conference program. Please contact Ms. Heafner at 410-451-0002 x202 for assistance or additional information. Ads are printed in the Conference Program Book in grayscale so any high resolution pdf file, color or black and white, is acceptable.
