Booth Types and Pricing

Non-Profit Organization per booth

  $750.00

Government or Business per booth

  $995.00

Exhibitor booths include one draped 6’ table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket

Vendors/Exhibitors are authorized TWO (2) Individuals to staff  the booth

Vendors/exhibitors are authorized TWO (2) individuals to staff the their display booth.  Any other staff must register for the entire conference or on a daily basis.  For Federal Agency exhibitors, the two exhibitor staff badges also grant full conference access through the end of the conference on Thursday, June 18, 2009.  For commercial or nonprofit exhibitors, the two exhibitor badges grant full conference access through Wednesday afternoon, June 17, 2009, when all booths must be dismantled.  For all exhibitors, at the time you register please provide the two names of your booth staff, a brief description of your organization and purpose for the booth, and your organization's website.
