your accurate contact information. Be prepared to submit a photograph suitable for use in

Information Especially
for WIFLE Presenters
We are very pleased to have you as a Speaker at the Tenth Annual WIFLE Leadership Training Conference. The
conference dates are June 16-18, 2009. The location is The Westin La Paloma, 3800 East Sunrise Drive,
Tucson, Arizona 85718. The hotel phone number is 520-742-6000.
On the day that you are scheduled to speak, please check in at the conference registration desk at least 20 minutes
prior to your scheduled time. Please check in 60 minutes early if you plan on using any Audio Visual Equipment.
We will provide an LCD projector and a laptop. We recommend that you bring your program on a thumb drive and/or a CD.
A podium and microphone will be in the room. If you should need AV equipment other then what we provide please
contact us as soon as possible at 703-548-9211.
Any materials that you want to use for handouts must be printed and shipped by you directly to the hotel prior to your
arrival. Please label the shipping as follows:
