Welcome to WIFLE 2012 Leadership Training Conference

WHEN

WIFLE 2012 will hold special training sessions on Monday, June 25, 2012.  
WIFLE 2012 opening ceremony will be on Tuesday, June 26, 2012.
The WIFLE 2012 Awards Banquet will be the evening of Wednesday, 
June 27, 2012.
Training ends at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, June 28, 2012.

FEES

Conference Fee $495 before June 1; $550 starting June 2.
Exhibitor Booth Fee $1495 (Exhibitors receive 2 conference tickets.)

AWARD BANQUET

$50 per extra ticket.  One comes with your full conference registration.

CANCELLATION

There is a $75 cancellation fee which covers the cost of WIFLE processing.  See your agency for information on their policy to reimburse your cancellation fee.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT AND PURCHASE ORDERS

Payment in full must be made when you register.  Pay with a credit card.

Agency Purchase Order authorization number and date may be used as payment instead of a credit card when you register.  However, if you do not have a signed Agency Purchase Order with an authorization number and date, your registration must be paid with a credit card when you register. 

You are not registered until you are paid in full either by credit card or a signed Agency Purchase Order.

Individuals or groups may register with a credit card or a signed Agency Purchase Order.

WORKSHOPS

Workshop Training Sessions run 90 minutes and may be presented twice in one day. If you wish to present a Workshop at the WIFLE Leadership Conference, complete the Microsoft DOC form and email as indicated in the instructions on the form.

CTC Destination and Meeting Management in California is assisting WIFLE with the WIFLE Foundation 2012 Leadership Training Conference. Conference and exhibitor registration should be completed using the WIFLE online registration process open in February 2012.  However, provisions with CTC have been made for mail and phone registrations, if necessary.
